I have a problem that I can't see possible Upgrades when I view my own (test)profile. (A test user assigned the Free Member Plan). Basically I want the Subscriber plan to be shown in the Subscriber Tab as an available Upgrade, but it's not.

The Subscriber Plan is supposed to be a paid upgrade to the Free Plan (which every registered user must have)

I have made two plans as follows:(overview)


The plans have the following settings in Workflow tab:
Free plan:



Subscriber plan:



I believe I have tried every possible combination of "upgrade settings" in the Workflow tab, but I might be wrong.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

The problem with the upgrade options not showing (both in Profile Tab and elsewhere) was the setting called: "Visible for Group (and above this group):" in the Plans' "Access" tab.
I had not set it.

Now set to "Public" and it works fine!

At least I hope somebody can use this topic as help.

Thank you so much! After an upgrade from J1.5 to J3.2 and CB 1.9 to 1.9.1 these all disappeared and after days of struggling I saw your post and it worked straight away!! Thanks so much.
