We have a few IRL events every year, for which we just would like to collect a list of people interested in the event, with user data from their record in CB - maybe just the user id or full name.

If it's a paid event, we have used merchandise in CBSubs, which works fine and is enough for our needs.

I have investigated different event components, but it seems like overkill for now. Also, I still need such a component to integrate with CB, allowing the user to register by just clicking a button.

I have thought of creating a new tab in CB, with fields for these events and have the member just chose a radio button, Yes/No, but I wonder if there might be an even better way of doing this within CB?

Any exciting ideas?

Same here, I'd like to integrate some event management into CBSubs, but I couldn't quite figure out how to do that. It would be great if somebody could shed some light on that topic.
