[SOLVED] content protection not working was created by akasharkbow
I am using CB 1.9.1 and CBSubs 3.0.0.

I recently upgraded from J!2.5+ / CB1.9.1 / CBSubs 2 to J!3.3.6 and CBSubs 3.0.0.

Now content protection by menu item does not work! (It does work for Joomla content / categories). SEF is turned on for my site.

Could someone please help me troubleshoot this? It's quite urgent.

Did you upgrade every CBSubs 3.0 element including the joomla bot?

I upgraded the bot and most plugins (and unpublished those that I did not update - eg Google analytics and SQL actions).
