Below are the use settings of a promotion I created.

Am I correct that the "Maximum uses per customer" setting, which I have set to 1 is only suppose to be applied to an actual user/customer? Because for some reason it is affecting all website visitors. In other words, with the above setting, as soon as a new customer takes advantage of the promotion the promotion gets disabled for all customers. The only way to make the promotion available again is to change the "Maximum uses per customer" setting to 0.

I don't think this is how it is suppose to work.
