I have unwanted content above the CB Subs renewal plan page ( www.cocai.org/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=pluginclass&plugin=cbpaidsubscriptions&do=displayplans )

Everything below "Required Field" to just above "COCAI Annual Membership" is unwanted.

I haven't changed this page in quite a while. We are ready to start the 2018 renewal campaign and this unwanted content showed up. I suspect the answer is pretty simple, but in spite of my efforts haven't been able to find the fix.

I can send you the admin login if required.
