[SOLVED] installing problem plugin cbsubs

hello, is there anyone who can tell me what to do when encountered a blank screen at the end of the installing procedure of cbsubs plugin? i tried to reinstall (without deleting files first) but same problem... how to reinstall please?

Problem is most likely related with ioncube not being installed on your site.

most likely because ioncube is not present.

indeed! the 4th live chat support person of hostgator has found the issue. it was a php.ini issue. it indicated 5.3 and was loading 5.2... ioncube now correct present and installation is ok! thx for your patience!

My experience with hosting helpdesks is to never trust them and make sure you inspect everything.
