Hi There -

We currently have multiple plans set up. One is a 2 year paid subscription, another is 1 year complimentary. We have a member who's currently on the 2 year paid subscription set to expire in March. We'd like to set it up so once that subscription is done in March they are automatically assigned a 1 year complimentary. If we were to renew the 2 year, the expiration date is set out correctly (from the end of the current expiration date). However, when we want to use the 1 year complimentary it counts as an "Upgrade" and not a renewal and CBSubs overwrites the current membership and sets the complimentary one out one year from today.

Is there a way to essentially "queue" up different membership plans to execute after the active one has expired?
