Terms & IE7

Terms & IE7 was created by Sphero

Hi, when i activate the Terms to ask people to accept the terms to subscribe it is not working in IE7 if we check or not check the box we have the same message telling us to accept the TERMS. In Chrome and Firefox it is working but not in IE7, don't know for IE8. I have CB 1.2.3 and Joomla 1.5.18

Please follow Help Us Help You suggestions (see signature for link) and test with default Joomla template.

Also check for javascript errors.
