Already taken care of from the report you (and others) have also sent.
Joomlapolis is a highly visible website with a huge community. So its a target for spamming. We have many measures in place (captcha, PMS limit, etc) but human spammers can always get some spamming through before community members (such as yourself) bring these events to our attention (by CB reporting or forum posts like this one) and the website team handles event.
This user has been blocked and the PMs he sent will be removed.
