Blank pages

I have downloaded a copy of my live site using Akeeba and installed it on localhost (xampp)and upgraded CB to CB4.1 to insure it works before I upgrade my live site.

Ran the checks in the tool management section and got just blank pages on "Synchronize Users" and "Check Community Builder User Fields Database" and the localhost site links to the database also returns a blank page.
I can access my database via localhost/phpmyadmin and it seems to be all there but I am unsure of the cause of the problem. It may have been there on localhost before I upgraded but the live site is working correctly.
Any thoughts?

If you have CBSubs installed you need ioncube on your localhost.

Thank you, I had deleted and reinstalled xampp to see if that was the problem and did not think to reinstall ioncube as well.:blush:
