I would like to hide some item from my members' profile page, but I need those items for other uses.

Example. I don't want anybody to see anybody's membership deadline. On a separate report, available only to administrators I want to list those members with their membership close to deadline in order to track this information and being able to manage their expiring memberships.
But, once I put a field in "X" on the profile I cannot use that data in any report.

Any hint?

Nope.
It is a field I created and it is related to my athlete's medical statements which last 365 days. So, each member has a different deadline.
Now, the goal is to use in a listing this data as a reminder for the managers in order to remind the athletes to call their MD and get a new medical.
At the same time I don't want this information to be on their profile because it is "sensitive".

You should be able to handle such a case using delimiter field and cb substitutions.

I actually solved the problem creating a TAB visible only to administrators.
In this case those "sensitive" infos will be visible to managers only.
Thanks
