Can¨t start a new topic was created by hanskim
When i try to start a new topics, I get a message as following. "You do not have permission to start a new topics". How can I solve this problem?

I have installed Kunena 3.0 and it seems to be OK, but I cant start a new topics. I think I have checked evrything. I got the message "You don´t have permission to start a new topics"
