used jupgrade to migrate our site and content into the 2.5 world..

my test server everything appears to be working well..

on my live prod box I'm getting blank pages and 500 errors occasionally..

can't pin down the exact time I started getting problems...
JCE editor / JCE editor UPdate?

Updates always reports CB Is not up-to date 1.9.1 yet in CB That screen loads fine.
and am running 1.9.1
yet it still wants to keep re-installing that version.

Currently holding Joomla @ 2.5.11 for the template. Seems when I take joomla further and gantry further I get more issues.

Checked php settings and all are identical at least from what I can see.
not getting errors just blank pages for comprofiler profile pages as well as back end user management...

however tools partially works as well as configuration of CB.

-- When I enabled kunena CB plugin I instantly got a 500 error about my CBSubs
had to disable CB Subs just to be able to get into the Kunena configurations again in the back end.

(Host is deamhost, 5.3.27, Dev box is php 5.3.3 debian and all seems to be working - not sure where to look or what to correct but definitely causing some issues)

Problem exists in cbsubs 2.x version
not sure where the issue lies yet...
but disabling the CBSubs plugin 2.x and all starts working properly..
upgraded to 2.5.16 as well and current gantry now as well.

will be reloading cbsubs 2.0.2 I think that is the last version released before the upgrade / new release and shafted all existing customers

Found the problem after re-loading the bot_plugin
Apparently subs ioncube loader wasn't setup correctly...
which makes sense..
editing it and should have it resolved shortly...
not sure why after the move it didn't error immediatly like it is now on every admin screen that loads showing there is no loaderavailable.

Maybe you should upgrade to CBSubs 3.0 that no longer needs ioncube.

Yeah that was what We thought "Maintenance Included"
Until CB decided that was a new release...
- That was the comment about shafting members...
Haven't migrated out yet but still looking at other alternative member management options due to that change in policy.

Those that purchased lifetime maintenance really got the shaft and had to purchase again - any product I pay an annual maintenance on I get the upgrades..
if they pull the same thing CB pulled I change products...

it left a bad taste and still not comfortable over a year later...

Regarding issue 0 its is obvious that your migration caused this.

Something must have changed in the process - guessing here that it might be your ioncube loader that might need updating or that its not being picked up properly in the new environment.

Regarding your comment - it is a new product compared to the old one.
There are no restrictions.

We also sent all our old product customers last January a migration offer (substantial discount). Did you not get it?

Yes got the email then as well..
We have not been a "Customer" Since

It is not a new product... it is an Update of an "Existing" product ...
Doesn't matter how you market it... its still CBSubs just now GPL instead of using encrypted IP code it appears....

is CB 2.0 not CB 1.x just updated (A Lot)?
Will then CB 2.x require all new memberships...
Might as well - Call it CB Reloaded - and recharge your existing customers
