Remove entire profile page title

Remove entire profile page title was created by p0gz

I would like to know how to remove the, "User 1 Profile Page" text from profiles. Where in the php do I have to delete this? I found this post but it only tells how to remove the "Profile Page" part.I would like to remove the name also. Any solutions? I included a picture to show what I want removed.

There is a CB Tab that displays this - just unpublish the tab.
