After installing the component, It doesn't show in the components tab in back-end!
I've re-installed it several times hoping it would just show but no luck.
I've even tried different ways of installing it like the discovery feature. I see it install successfully but it's not in the components list.
Is there another way to get to the main screen of the component where the various tabs are? (Same screen which comes up after installation) or is there a way to add the menu link manually to the back-end?

I've seen one post about this but no response to it.
Is there a fix? Please help.

I am using J1.7 and CB 1.7
