Profile not saving

Profile not saving was created by ptester
Profile updates are not saving in CB. This used to work and has suddenly stopped working.
When you hit save, you just get a blank screen, and the update has not saved.

Would appreciate any help on how to fix this.

Turn on debug and see what is reported back and also check error log.
