hi,

im just wondering how its can be done like this:
imageshack.us/photo/my-images/850/picture1mz.jpg/

i really need to do like this kind of form

can somebody help me please.. thanks :(

Free CB has delimiter fields.

Just create a field and put whatever HTML content you want in it (in description area for this field type).

Then mark the delimiter field to be included in the registration (but not to show on profile).

here is my setting for delemeter, but how to hide the title just like i post previous link.

Put _UE_BLANK for title name.
