User registration email CB 2 times was created by FrankKnudsen
When an admin enters a new user in CB (and aproving right away) there is send an email "new user details" and a "sitename - new user details" containing user name and password - even though I have set no to autogenerate password
where can I choose not to send the first email (I belive it is send from joomla user registration)
