Installing Community Builder

Tried downloading the install package and then Upload & Install. Nope.
Then tried Install From Web. Nope.
Is there something obvious I'm missing or failing to do?

"Nope", as in Community Builder failed to install both from uploaded package file and Install From Web (via the Joomla Extensions: Install page).
I get this error:

Error
Archive does not exist
Unable to find install package
=======
But now I've found www.joomlapolis.com/faq/18206-cb-installation-issues
However, I don't see these two files: "study the Installation PDF guide and the README.txt files included in the CB distribution package"
Are they supposed to be included in the download package?
