Field level detection of change to profile

Field level detection of change to profile was created by aptol

I would like to trace changes to fields on a member profile. Is it possible to log field changes or detect field level change, like change in username, email, address and such? Are change on profile logged as a Joomla user action (in the log)?

CB Profile Update Logger does this.

Thank you! Appreciated. I bought the plugin and installed. Works like a champ.

However I do not get notified by email of changes made, perhaps you can help? See attached parameters set.
