plugin CB_Captcha: confusion in package numbering

plugin CB_Captcha: confusion in package numbering was created by userpic36
installed this morning the plugin plug_cbcaptcha v1.3.
I am confused by the version numbering because, when the plugin is installed, on its parameter screen, we have:
a/ on the left hand side: a comment indicating version 1.3 (announced 6 Feb 2011)
b/ on the right hand side: first parameter is showing v2.2.2 stable ... release date 7 April 2010.
My main concern is whether the package v1.3 is really up-to-date or whether it is still by error the old v1.2.2 version ?

Latest version is 2.3 and it is in the Advanced Download area.

Ooups sorry, I meant I downloaded and installed version plug_cbcaptcha 2.3 this morning.
But the plugin parameter screen displays "v2.2.2 stable" "released 7 April 2010".
