5 days ago, I purchased the advanced membership and proceeded to download the Groupjive add-on for CB. I was looking for a grouping software that has a wiki feature, but this add-on does not.I have since installed Atrium for Drupal on my site. Due to my membership being just 5 days old, and the primary reason for my purchase does not suit my needs, I would like to request a refund and cancel my advanced account subscription but I have not found any information on doing so.

Sorry, as per our terms, there is no refund policy on subscription services.

Advanced and Professional membership provide access to open source products which are not protected.
