Mass Mail CB substitution did not work was created by cliffvt
Hi
I am sorry if this has been asked before but I could not find reference to it. I just sent out a simple email to 103 users using the cb mass mail function in CB 1.3.1 and inserted the following cb substitution:
"
Dear [cb:userfield field="firstname" /]"
Unfortunately, all 103 emails ended up not being substituted and people received an email reading
Dear [cb:userfield field="firstname" /]
Wonder if anyone knows what would have caused that?

First of all you should never blast away without first testing.
Second, try upgrading to CB 1.4.
Then try again and post back if still have issues.
