Line 326 in default_language.php

DEFINE('_UE_IMAGE_ADMIN_MSG','A user has submitted an image for approval. Please log in and take the appropriate action.');

No, you should not make changes to the default language files as they will be over-written when you update CB.

You need to download the english language package, install it as a CB plugin and make changes there.

Thank you for that, which is the default language file? I have
admin_language.php
cbteamplugins_language.php
language.php

all contained within the plugin/language/en-gb/ folder

Also what is the syntax, I added [username] and it sent me an email

The user [USERNAME] has submitted an image for approval. Please log in and take the appropriate action.

Many Thanks
Iain

if you open the 3 files you listed you will see that only the last one has DEFINE statements in it.

Thank you, I thought I would copy / paste one of the earlier notes and it came back with

A user has submitted an image for approval. Please log in and take the appropriate action.
This email contains their details

Name - [NAME]
E-mail - [EMAILADDRESS]
Username - [USERNAME]

Please do not respond to this message as it is automatically generated and is for information purposes only

I don't understand why though.

Many thanks

These bit I copied was from the Defined section so the code works for that,

Here is a copy of the code..

DEFINE('_UE_IMAGE_ADMIN_MSG','A user has submitted an image for approval. Please log in and take the appropriate action.\n'
.'This email contains their details\n\n'
.'Name - [NAME]\n'
.'E-mail - [EMAILADDRESS]\n'
.'Username - [USERNAME]\n\n\n'
.'Please do not respond to this message as it is automatically generated and is for information purposes only\n');

Any ideas lovely people?

Any ideas, I am a bit worried about having to try and find who is uploading a picture?
