Looking to modify the initial signup form was created by surge42
Guys,

I'm looking to spruce up the signup form (see attachment)

I'm not crazy about the layout. What file is responsible for printing this form?

Can it be found in components/com_comprofiler?

I found the needed files

/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/templates/default/defaul.php starts at line 270
Locatoin of the css is controlling this form is /components/com_comprofiler/plugin/templates/default/template.css

you can study using firebug and add css changes to your template css file.
