Not getting newsletters was created by Johnnydement
I'm subscribed to newsletters, but I'm not getting any, how's that?

Last one I have is from 2011! Joomlapolis Security News: CB 1.7.1 Released with Security improvements

Hi Johnnydement,

I just checked our newsletter mailer log and I see that gmail's mail server at IP 173.194.70.26 has accepted the latest newsletter sent to you on Jan 22 at 18:03:13 with status=sent (250 2.0.0 OK 1358874198 x41si30665876eeo.126).

Can you check on the web-interface (some email clients do not fetch gmail's non-inbox folders) at gmail.com that the mail is neither in inbox nor in spams nor in trash, nor corresponds to a filter you have set ?

This page might help:
support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1195979&ctx=cbo&cbid=712403897

If you do not find it, you can report the issue to gmail using the form here and their status info as message-ID here:
:
support.google.com/mail/bin/request.py?&bug_topic=Incoming+Message+Not+Received&ctx=gtag_headers&contact_type=gtag_headers

Finally you can raisee the awereness of your issue here too: productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/gmail

We do follow all regulations and instructions from gmail, yahoo, hotmail, and other large mail providers, and we don't have deliverability issues, as we monitor it and have very good scores. Just because of the really huge number of subscribers, it can take up to 24 hours for the newsletters to be delivered to the last subscriber. E.g. I have received to my gmail account the newsletters, so I really don't believe it's a generalized issue at gmail.

Hello beat,

I don't use any client, I use chrome to check my webmail, with Checker Plus for Gmail™ by Jason Savard

I've recheaqued, doing several searches for joomlapolis, last mail I could find was from 2011, I can't really be sure it didn't go to spam folder as I flushed this weekend :(

i don't have any filter involving joomla, nor joomlapolis or CB... trash I can confirm is not there...

When was it send? Could you share the title of it so I can search for it? and can't it be resend/send the one you received for example? c&p in CB mail form for example ;)

Regards

As I said:

I just checked our newsletter mailer log and I see that gmail's mail server at IP 173.194.70.26 has accepted the latest newsletter sent to you on Jan 22 at 18:03:13 with status=sent (250 2.0.0 OK 1358874198 x41si30665876eeo.126).

Here is the log from our mail server for the delivery of your last newsletter, sent 2 days ago, and received by gmail 2 days ago for your address (your exact mail address removed):

Jan 22 18:03:13 postfix/smtp[18144]: A8AF021CAD: to=<REMOVED@gmail.com>, relay=gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[173.194.70.26]:25, conn_use=13, delay=5119, delays=25/5093/0.03/0.49, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 2.0.0 OK 1358874198 x41si30665876eeo.126)

So it was sent 22 January 2013 at 18:03:13 CET (17:03:13 UTC).

Subject was exactly (without the quotes):
"Joomlapolis News: New CB Auto Action tutorials for CB Activity, CBSubs and GroupJive !"
Please help us getting emails to you by using this form to report the problem to google:
support.google.com/mail/bin/request.py?&bug_topic=Incoming+Message+Not+Received&ctx=gtag_headers&contact_type=gtag_headers

Use "1358874198 x41si30665876eeo.126" as message id and provide the full log line I gave you in "Confidential information" above.

I have just resent 2 emails with that newsletter right now (24.01.2013 10:45 CET) with html and text versions. Here the mail-sent+accepted by gmail log (your exact mail address removed):

Jan 24 10:44:00 postfix/smtp[25245]: 686FB20C50: to=<REMOVED@gmail.com>, relay=gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[173.194.70.26]:25, delay=0.93, delays=0.05/0/0.18/0.69, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 2.0.0 OK 1359020647 n5si40586981eeo.77)
Jan 24 10:44:30 postfix/smtp[25267]: 73E572067C: to=<REMOVED@gmail.com>, relay=gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[173.194.70.26]:25, delay=31, delays=0.08/0/30/0.61, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 2.0.0 OK 1359020677 l4si22132183eeo.218)

Can you please re-check if you got them ?
