Can't send the google form! :(

Keep saying the message id is empy (although I put 1358874198 x41si30665876eeo.126 on it) O.o

Should not have an @ somewhere? like 20050329231145.62086.mail@mail.emailprovider.com

From the help form of gmail:

You will see at the end of the troubleshooting page a small link "contact us" as follows:

If you've obtained the full headers of the missing message, including the Message-ID field, but couldn't find the message using the troubleshooting steps above, please contact us. Note that we're unable to respond to your inquiry if you don't provide the full message headers.
