Error message for users logging in

Error message for users logging in was created by jorloff
My users are receiving this when they try to log in:

The requested URL /component/option,com_comprofiler/task,registers/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Everything worked fine yesterday.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Here we go:

This looks like a joomla problem, not CB

it looks like you have a file corruption or erasure on your server...
check if your . htaccess file is still in place
check if it works without SEO (global joomla config)
- check if the joomla files are all there (looks like SEF is not working anymore).
- upgrade to joomla 1.0.10 and latest extensions versions, if not already done, for security reasons.

Simply upgrading Joomla (to 1.0.10) through Fantastico seemed to take care of the problem.
