Ok, checked you site and the problem is quite easy:

The administrator-components-com_uddeim folder has been uploaded but components-com_uddeim is missing completely, so all files which are part of the frontend including the templates are missing.

Maybe there is a problem with the archive. Please redownload the file from joomla.org and install again. Before that please check if the directories are writeable (I did a quick look and it seems ok so far).

It should also run fine when you create the missing folder components-com_uddeim and upload the content manually (see end of readme file which files should be put there).

The Joomla component installer cannot be called because your webserver does not execute index2.php but tries to deliver this file. This happens when you messed a .htaccess file or the webserver configuration and has nothing to do with the installation of one component. I have not the time to fix this issue.
