Thank you for your help.
This means that I have to build one remository container by film to allow user with 1film plan to access to only one film.
Then for the 20 files to download it's ok.
But for the 10 films group the user can't choose the files he want to download.

You cannot really limit the number of films downloaded.
You can just limit which containers a user can download from.
If a container has 20 files in it then the user can download all 20.
