I really need help figuring out why my user lists won't work please.

I have created two lists, and the link is in the menu. But when you click on the link, it doesn't go to any lists, it just says "The page you are trying to access does not exist".

Can someone please help me figure this out?? I have checked, and double-checked the link, it is correct:

www.fibrotalk.info/index.php?option=com_profiler&task=usersList

For whatever reason though, when you click on the link in the menu, it takes you here:

www.fibrotalk.info/index.php?option=com_profiler&task=usersList&Itemid=36

But, that really doesn't seem to matter, because when I type in manually the URL, it gives the same "page doesn't exist" message.

Any ideas??

Yes, they are set to everyone in the backend. I just double-checked.

Any other ideas?? The site just isn't as usuable without the lists...

There were 4 items I was trying to delete. Sheesh, now what??

Hi,
I just had the same problem.
If you've installed CB from the full-package, the profiler component is not called com_profiler but com_comprofiler. Using the correct URL link, solved the problem.
Try and let me know.
