No admin user notice

No admin user notice was created by bscunningham
I hate starting a new thread because it almost always means I missed something. This topic popped up several time but nothing fit.
Our new user email notices stopped working. Every thing else is fine. Users get their notices. New PMS, Sobi, Fireboard admin notices go fine.
Require admin approval is set to no.
Moderator approve emails is set to yes
Send moderator emails is set to yes
Send function is PHP
What the heck am I missing?

I would consult my host about this problem.
You can rest assured that there is nothing in CB code that has a time ticker to stop working after some period of time.
