Well, it seems that autoapprove does not work when the field cb_pgautoapprove is empty instead of NULL.
I used
[code:1]UPDATE `jos_comprofiler` SET `cb_pgautopublish` = NULL ,
`cb_pgautoapprove` = NULL;[/code:1]
to reset the corresponding DB fields and it seems to work now.
@Nant: Can you check this behavior?
