Are you working on some new fields to be added to the connector? I switched from phpbb-only site to joomla+phpbb one. All my users were ok for the last 2 months, now they wanna change their profiles [ie: signs and locations].
I would like to help you, gimme some infos how to manage this

Martijn had started to work on this but I think we got him working on something else...

First thing we would need is a list of all the phpbb profile items (that we want to be able to change)...

Second thing, it would be great if we had a map to which field and which table that data went in.

Martijn and I had talked about this a few times and I think we came to the conclusion that we did not want to have fields in the CB tables for this data... so we want to make a user profile tab (probably called phpBB Profile) which has some text boxes etc which write data directly to the phpbb tables.

Then if you really wanted to you could make a simple html page which shows the fields and we could merge that into a profile tab... anything past that would depend on what your php and CB plugin skills were...

yes, tomorrow will be my last day @ work, then on vacation till ... i don't know ... i'll spend my free time on this project ...

After programming the converter ysterday, i will begin on the profile tab today. I will let you know how this progresses.... wish me luck

Ok this is done as whell... the phpbb user profile tab will be in our next release !!!
