I use Joomla 1.0.7 and Joomla Community Builder 1.0 RC 2

The installation was ok. But will I use the CB and klick on Components -> Community Builder.

I see this error:

Parse error: parse error in /www/htdocs/OSP/samfsqfs/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/admin.comprofiler.html.php on line 2769

My situation is very similar.
I am using Joomla 1.0.7 and CB 1.0 RC2.
The installation went smoothly, but once I tried
to click on any menu in Components -> Community Builder
I got the following message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in C:\wamp\www\joomla\administrator\components\com_comprofiler\admin.comprofiler.html.php on line 2769

After almost 6 hours straight of struggling, I think I may find the problem.

Appearently, at line 2762 of admin.comprofiler.html.php, it uses short open tag, which I did not enable it. So, php does not recognize the last closed parenthesis.

Solution, either turn on the short open tag in php.ini or just add "php" next to the open tag at that line.
