Hello,

I just moved to a new server and now there is an error message at the top of everyone's personal profile page and my video module shows the same error when someone tries to click on the video.

Error: License key does not match key string in key file

Can someone tell me how to find the "original key". I know my hostname has changed too, but not sure where to find the call out in the scripts...

This error is probably caused by a commercial software that has license management code. A lot of commercial offerings require you to register the software with a key code and then bind this keycode to your server. If you change servers, the software causes an error. This system is used to prevent unauthorized installations of the software.

Please contact the vendor of any commercial software that you might have installed.
