I'm sure the answer is here and I've just missed this, but...

I have a website currently up and running that is a joomla installation with a phpbb forum and coppermine bridged into joomla.

I am considering doing a total revision of the site - migrating the forum to fireboard, installing JIM pms, a comment function - and would like to include community builder in the revision.

Can community builder be added to a website that is already up and running? If so, should I expect any bugs due to the "unclean" installation?

I have two other sites that include community builder, but they were clean installs on brand new sites, so no users were already present except me as super admin. I understand how to set up registration and profiles, etc.
