newbie installing cb on joomla 1.5 rc3

Hi i haven't used joomla for a while

i am stuck at this point
what sequences of menu selections in the joomla 1.5 rc3 admin do i have to make to accomplish

i can't find Link-URL

9) Add a new user menu item as a Link-URL and point it to
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=usersList
(this will be the searchable users list).
Note: if you make the menu being the first of the main menu it will
become the site's homepage.

SAME PROBLEM, PLEASE REPLY

use the external web link option in 1.5 RC3 and just put the URl you see in the readme file.

(note - RC3 is far from stable so you might run into other problems)
