Cannot install plugin anymore

Cannot install plugin anymore was created by xpozay
Hi ... I successfully installed CB 1.1 and loaded up a number of plugins. I started installing profileurl for the SEF URLs which required editing my .htaccess. Now I get "Unwriteable" for:
- components/com_profiler/plugin/user
- components/com_profiler/plugin/templates
- components/com_profiler/plugin/language
and its ok for media/
Naturally if I try to install new CB plug-ins it will not allow it. I have taking away my .htaccess and I still get the same errors.
How can I resolve this.
