when you access your inbox on joomlapolis (by clicking on the You have no new private messages link under your CB Login module displayed avatar - you should see in the lower corner an About link. This will give you information regarding what this site is using.
There are alot of PMS components that work with Joomla/Mambo and that also integrate with CB. I like the one that is used here.
