New User Not Sending Admin EMAIL NOTIFICATION

New User Not Sending Admin EMAIL NOTIFICATION was created by mattioi
Since upgrading Jommla & CB I am running into an issue when my users sign up I am not receiving an email notifying me of their sign up.

I have check the settings of ue_config 10x over and its def. an issue with CB.

Beat can you please address this.
