No registration mail

No registration mail was created by pdkpdk
I have installed CD 1.2 RC2 and when a new user try to register a new account, his name appears in the CB User Manager but he don't receive a registration mail.

I've put the option Allow User Registration to:yes, independently of global site setting.
And the option Allow User Registration in the Global Configuration to No.

The default inlog worked just right.
What am i doing wrong?

Hi pdkpdk,

My settings are:
Allow User Registration in the Global Configuration: yes

Allow User Registration in the CB manager: Same as global..
and this works perfect for me.

First,

Allow User Registration in the Global Configuration: yes
Allow User Registration in the CB manager: Same as global..

will make your registration through Joomla instead of CB. Everything will be out of sync. (Re-sync with the option under Administrator -> Community Builder -> Tools. Then set:

Allow User Registration in the Global Configuration: No
Allow User Registration in the CB manager: yes, independent of global setting.

Second, did the user check his or her spam email folder?

Third, the user can have the email resend by simply trying to login before confirming through the email. It will inform the user they have not finished registration and to check their email again.

Hi Rapunzl,

i've tryed several emailadresses and none of them received a registration mail.
The spam folder is empty.

It looks that the registration mail is never been send.
Can i check that anuwhere?
Maybe in a logfile?

@pdkpdk: Are you sure you have CB 1.2 RC2 installed? You do not appear to be a documentation subscriber.
