Possible bug issue

I used to have a developer account and had many cb subs that needed updates.

I installed the new cb and went to updates and clicked update all, this updated all cb plugins etc, including the cbsubs.....

Not sure if this is correct or not.

CBsubs is a plugin too, why would that be a bug?
