i understand what you're saying, but i still think this should be an option to turn on or off in the cb configuration. embed code worked fine in textarea fields before cb 1.0.2, so i was just kinda hoping there was a way to turn it back on.

the way the embed code gets hidden in the editor text area after saving isn't going to make much sense to people who are slightly less computer literate.

but anyways, thank you for all the help and info!

Thanks for the solution beat , it works great with

but there is a problem , when I update my profile and click on save the video does not show anymore but the sound is still there,also the embeded code disappears!!! any suggestions?
