The package has:

1 component
3 modules
1 readme file
2 expert upgrade packages

The extra documents include:

1 detailed guide (180+ pages)
1 PMS integration guide
1 captcha plugin

The standard plugins included (built-in) are:

1 forum integration plugin (for fireboard/joomlaboard/simpleboard - component must be installed separately)
1 pms integration plugin (for jim, uddeim, etc - component must be installed separately)
1 yanc integration plugin (newsletter component must be installed)
1 author plugin (integrates with CMS content)
1 mamblog plugin (integrates with mamblog component)

The CB team has also released - free of charge the following plugins:

profilebook
cbgallery
autowelcome
lastvisitors

(the above plugins will be released -free- for CB 1.2 after CB 1.2 goes stable).

@selcukum - the documentation subscription is used to support further CB developement. It is intended as a means to attract supporters for a free project - people tend to donate easier if they get something in return.
