1-Complete the Membership application and select “Submit.” When hitting “submit” it will lead to the payment page.
2. Complete payment information and select “Submit.” (note: payment won’t be processed
until the WEBSİTE accepts the application in the back‐end)
3. Once selecting “submit” on the payment page, it will lead them to a confirmation page
thanking them for applying and stating that their application is waiting for approval
4- Redirect a url for a simple form

Yes i found it in plans section, but i cant found this text at registration ,

Your registration requires approval. Once approved, you will be sent an approval notice to the e-mail address you entered.
When you receive the approval, you will be able to log in.
