Hey - how's things?
OK - I am trying to make a plan which renews on Jan 1st every year.
Anyone who subscribes within the year has their price prorated accordingly and renews at the full amount on Jan 1st the following year.
I can't see any easy way to do this?
I would also like to send an email reminder 10-14 days before expiration of the plan - that doesn't seem possible either.. unless I am mis-understanding

Prorating does not work like this - at least not yet.
For physical calendar plans members would need to pay full price no matter when they attend.
Prorating works as follows:
Subscribers that have an active subscription to plan A that costs X per year and want to upgrade to a different plan B get a discount and instead of paying full price for plan B subscription they get a discount that is calculated based on the left-over value of their existing subscription.

Prorating does not work like this - at least not yet.
