Paypal reporting incorrect handling of IPN

Hi,

I've received an email from PAPAL saying that CBSUBS is not handling Instant Payment Notifications correctly, although funds are being accepted.

Any suggestion on which bit of configuration I may have got wrong?

within paypal ipn is enabled and the notification address is the home address of the website
