As said, CBSubs runs on any decent host matching prerequisites. So Joomlapolis Hosting is not required at all to run CB or CBSubs

Virtualmin Pro, that we use as control panel, has tools to import backups from other panels as well, which works pretty well for standard settings. Our hosting support engineers do provide free help for moving standard Joomla sites. For more complex moves (and also for near-instant zero-downtime moves) it would be on request and quote through our contact form depending on site.
