If everything is done properly, then your installed language plugins will take over following the active language of your Joomla site.

I have CB 1.2 in Dutch but CB Subs does not switch.

I have added the XML file below for checking purposes.

I have also added a screendump of my plugin screen where it says that my default language is English.

Do you have the Dutch language installed in Joomla and selected as default (or Joomfish frontend selection?)?

Yep,

Site in Dutch (Joomla)..
CB in Dutch
CB Subs in English

It says in CB Plugins default (English). See the image in my previuos post.
